The non conducting phosphate coat beneath a paint film serves as a corrosion barrier and also prevent the 'spread of corrosion in case scratches and cuts are developed on the painted surface coating weight of 200 -600 mg/sq. ft which is an ideal under coat for painting is produced within 3 to 5 minutes.

“PHOS BOND SY” (Spray Phosphating Chemical) is accelerated Low temperature spray process which produces medium to heavy "Nickel, Manganese modified Zinc phosphate" coating on Iron and mild steel components. “PHOSBOND-Zn” is an accelerated hot dip process which produces heavy "Zinc phosphate" coating on Iron and mild steel components. Tight adherent coatings obtained by this process ensure a strong bond between the anti-rusting oil film and the metal substrate. The non conducting phosphate coat beneath the anti-rusting oil film serves as a corrosion barrier and also prevent the 'spread of corrosion in case scratches and cuts are developed on the painted surface coating weight of 300-400 mg/sq. ft which is an ideal under coat for painting is produced within 3 to 5 minutes.

PHOSBOND (D.R.P.)

“PHOSBOND (D.R.P.)” is specially formulated acidic based 3 in 1 wipe off (iron phosphate) for ferrous metal before painting are phosphated to prolong the value of the system and prevent creep corrosion when the paint coating is accidentally damaged. This is and elaborate process and not always feasible or practicable. Therefore for less critical applications on cold rolled steel or mill scale free steel mechanical cleaning, the use of 3 in 1 wipe off solution is made. These solution are carefully balanced to perform in a limited way degreasing and derusting and rust inhibition of surface ensuring good adhesion and longer life for the paint system.



Activator and Passivator For Iron and Mild Steel

Activator

Activator is a low foaming mild alkaline titanium based powder formulated to activate metal surface to improve subsequently applied pre-phosphate conversion coating. Activator can be used by spray or dip process.
